EXTERNALLY DISPLACED PEOPLE
Certain numbers of ethnic Karen people in the Maela Refugee camp at Thai-Burmese boarder are leaving for third countries according to resettlement program initiated by UNHCR. These people are known as IDP ( Internally displaced people), and they are settled in countries across the globe would have a new name : EDP (Externally displace people). Would the Burmese refugees have become Nomad? When would they be returned to mother land? A very far away Burmese dream!
